The First Blog My Experience with Wine Hello, my name is Sean McCall and I am a senior accounting and finance major at Virginia Tech. My experience with wine is not very long. I am a law abiding citizen so I of course never drank wine or other types of alcohol before my 21st birthday, except for the wine at church on Sundays of course. Now since turning 21 I have drank some fun looking wines that I saw in the grocery store, wine at dinner with my parents, and occasionally wine that my girlfriend buys. However most of the time in the past when I was drinking wine I did not care to look at the label, except to see the flavor and percentage of alcohol. I'm hoping this course can change that. Now for my current preferences with wine, keep in mind I have not had very many different kinds. I like a sweet wine with fruity tastes.
